Now, Admit Card is released only 2 days before the exam date.

• If your exam is on 12th, then your admit card will be out on the late night of 10th.
• This means, just 2 days before, you will get the details about exam centre and exam shift.

Yes—you already know your exam city, but exact centre and shift timing will be visible only 48 hours before the exam.

Yesterday, SSC released an official update on ssc.gov.in. Here’s the big news:

• Total Candidates Appearing: 2,84,604
• Exam Cities: 129
• Exam Centres: 260
• 93% Candidates got exam centre in their first, second, or third choice city
• Remaining 7% candidates have been given centres within 170 km average distance radius

This is a relief for many aspirants, as earlier candidates were worried about getting centres too far from home.

Steps to Check Exam City & Admit Card

Follow these steps to check your details:

1. Visit the official login page of SSC (link below).
2. Enter your Registration ID and Password.
3. Fill the Captcha Code.
4. Click on Login.
5. Check your Exam City and Admit Card status.

Important: If your password is showing “invalid”, just use the Forgot Password option and create a new one.
